Policies

APPOINTMENTS

We only take appointments.

A credit/debit card is required to schedule an appointment.

We ask that, the DAY OF your appointment that you have no eye makeup on. Eyeliner, liquid eyeliner, eyeshadow, mascara, etc. NO EXCEPTIONS. Fail to do so may result in a service charge.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION & NO SHOWS

We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. Please honor your appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule, please do so AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE the beginning of your appointment time to avoid a cancellation/rescheduling fee.

Cancellation/rescheduling and no show fees are $25.

 

A $25 fee will be charged to the credit/debit card on file for each appointment that is a no show or cancelled/rescheduled less than 24 hours before the appointment time.

LATE ARRIVALS

We ask that our clients arrive on time for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. While there is no fee for late arrivals, clients arriving over 10 minutes late will result in your service being cancelled/rescheduled at our discretion, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash technician's next appointment and quality in service. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling & no show policy will go into effect and you will be charged a $25 fee.

FILLS

At our discretion, we may or may not perform fill services on work that was not done at Diamond International Beauty.

 

Before booking Fills, please ensure you have at least 50% of your eyelash extensions remaining. Otherwise it will be classed as a Full Set and it will need to be booked as a Full Set to ensure sufficient time for quality results. Full Set Fee will apply.

One week touch ups are not to exceed 7 days from last appointment.

AFTERCARE

At the discretion of the Lash Technician, Full Sets may be required if proper aftercare is not being practiced. We do not guarantee the longevity of your eyelash extensions as everyone's aftercare, hygiene, and day to day routine differs. We do advise that you always follow aftercare guide given from your eyelash technician. ​This is to avoid the possibility of developing any irritations or eye infections. 

REFUNDS

No Refunds. No Exceptions.
